You are eligible if you meet all of the following:

  • Between 18 and 35 years old

    Suitable for graduates with a qualification in Health & Safety. You will work on risk assessments, compliance checks and safety‑management processes in the rail sector.

  2. Psychology, Social Work & Health‑Related

    Reference: req5003 | Location: Sishen

    Open to graduates in Psychology, Social Work or related health fields. Tasks include employee wellness programmes, psychosocial support and health‑promotion projects.

  3. Industrial Engineering

    Reference: req5002 | Location: Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha)

    Focuses on process improvement, productivity optimisation, data analysis and logistics planning.

  4. Transport & Logistics

    Reference: req5001 | Location: Welgedag

    Provides exposure to freight operations, transport planning and logistics management within a major national carrier.

  5. Human Resources

    Reference: req5000 | Closing date: 12 June 2026

    Placements are available at many sites including Springs, Pretoria, Durban, Nelspruit, Witbank, Phalaborwa, Kimberley, Esselenpark, Leeuhof, Carlton, Kilner Park, Sishen, Klerksdorp and Postmasburg. You will learn recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and labour‑relations.

  6. Information Systems

    Works with business systems, data management, IT support, digital transformation projects and system administration.

  7. Finance

    Reference: req4998

    Involves financial reporting, budgeting, cost management, internal controls and financial analysis.

  8. Office Management & Administration

    Open to graduates in Office Management or Administration. Placements are in Ermelo, Witbank, Richards Bay, Bellville and Belcon. You will handle document management, office coordination and business‑operations support.

  9. Communication & Public Relations

    Reference: req4996

    Suitable for Communication or Public Relations graduates. You will work on internal communications, stakeholder engagement, media liaison and corporate messaging.
