The Women Drone Pilot Skills Programme – Phase 2 – is a 6‑to‑8‑week training course that teaches practical drone‑operating skills for private security work. It is fully funded by PSiRA and includes accommodation and transport during the training period.

- Female
- Aged 18 – 40 years
- Registered with PSiRA and in good standing
- Matric certificate with at least 50 % in English
- Good health and a passion for technology
