Two Rivers Platinum Mine invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Engineering Learnership Vacancies. The closing date for applications is the 13 October 2025.
If you’re a high‑school graduate who loves machines and wires, this could be your chance to start a real career in mining. Two Rivers Platinum Mine is looking for fresh talent to join a special training program called an Engineering Learnership. In this program you’ll learn on the job while you earn a qualification that will open doors at future jobs.
What The Learnership Covers

Fitter | Assemble, install and repair metal components and support structures. | Grade 12 + Maths & Science N2 Fitter Engineering Certificate |
Boilermaker | Build and service metal boilers that keep the mine running smoothly. | Grade 12 + Maths & Science N2 Boilermaker Engineering Certificate |
Plumber | Install and repair water, sewage and pipe systems in the mine. | Grade 12 + Maths & Science N2 Plumber Engineering Certificate |
What They’re Looking For
- Education: Minimum of Grade 12 (or the same level of schooling). You must have a maths and science certificate in the field you choose.
- Experience: It helps if you already have at least 2 years of engineering or technical work, but it’s not mandatory.
- Motivation: Applicants who show enthusiasm for hands‑on work and a willingness to learn will stand out.

- Prepare Your CV – List your schooling, any work or volunteer projects, and the certificate(s) you hold.
- Proof of Qualification – Attach certified copies (a scan or digital photo will work) of your certificates.
