The FSCA wants to give young graduates a real taste of how financial markets are regulated and supervised. You’ll also be split into a division that matches your study background and future interests, so you’ll get hands‑on experience in the exact area you want to pursue.

Why It Matters

FSCA’s mission is simple:

  1. Keep financial markets honest and fair.
  2. Protect customers by encouraging banks and insurers to treat people right.
  3. Teach people how to manage money and keep the economy stable.

By giving interns a solid grounding in these principles, the authority hopes to create a pipeline of skilled workers who will keep the country’s financial system safe and transparent.
