This 12-month Home Loans Collections Learnership gives you real workplace experience while you study towards an NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking.
What the Opportunity Is
You will learn customer service, collections, banking systems and communication skills. The programme mixes classroom lessons with practical work in contact centres and operations.
Who Can Apply
You must be 18 to 30 years old, a South African citizen or permanent resident, and have a Degree or NQF Level 7 qualification. You must be unemployed, not studying, and willing to finish the full 12 months. Good English and computer skills are needed.
What You Gain
