What the job is about

The Department is looking for 97 new Client Service Officers. These people will help people who need unemployment insurance (UI) benefits and make sure everyone follows the rules set by the government.

Salary – R269 499 per year.

Locations – The 97 posts are spread across many towns and satellite offices in South Africa, for example: Butterworth, Cradock, East London, Mthatha, Qonce and many more. Each post is tied to a specific centre and has a reference number that you should keep handy when you apply.

  • Must have finished Grade 12 (Senior Certificate).
  • No previous work experience is needed – the Department will train you on the job.
