What the opportunity is

This is an 18‑month paid internship in the Human Resources department of CTP Cartons & Labels Epping. You will work at the company’s manufacturing site in Cape Town, Western Cape, and rotate through the main HR functions. The role is designed for graduates who must complete workplace exposure to obtain their HR qualification.

What you will gain

  • Payroll Administration – supporting salary processing, updating employee data and handling payroll reports.
  • Training & Development – organising workshops, tracking attendance and maintaining learning records.
  • Labour Relations & Union Engagement – observing dispute resolution, disciplinary processes and compliance with South African labour law.
  • Employee Exit Processes – conducting exit interviews, completing off‑boarding paperwork and ensuring proper record keeping.
