Your Skill Set
- Finished Grade 12 (Matric).

- Experience with Mikrotik routers – if you used them in a school project it counts!
- At least one year exposed to a NOC environment (intern, part‑time job, or volunteer).

- Good at solving problems, juggling several tasks, and talking clearly to teammates and customers.
- Extra points for CCNA certification or knowledge of wireless tech.
