How to apply – step by step
- Download the Z83 application form from the college’s website or request it by email.
- Complete the form carefully. Make sure all details are correct.
- Prepare a detailed CV that highlights your degree, any relevant projects and your computer skills.
- Gather certified copies of your ID, qualifications and academic transcript.
- Combine the completed Z83 form, your CV and all supporting documents into ONE PDF file.
- In the email subject line, write the reference number of the position you are applying for (e.g., SES/20260701).
- In the body of the email, briefly introduce yourself and state the reference number again.
- Attach the single PDF file and send it to TuMphahlele@lp.cetc.edu.za.
- Keep a copy of the sent email for your records.
Applications received after 17 July 2026 will not be considered.
Tips to improve your chances
- Check that the reference number appears both in the subject line and on the first page of your PDF.
- Proofread every document – spelling or formatting errors can cost you the interview.
- Tailor your CV to the specific internship (e.g., highlight any marketing coursework for the Marketing Intern role).
- Use the official Z83 form; informal letters or CVs alone are not accepted.
- Apply early. Positions may be filled before the deadline.
- If you have a weak academic record, emphasise any volunteer work or projects that show relevant skills.
Next steps
If you meet the criteria, send your application before the 17 July deadline. While you wait for a response, continue applying for other graduate programmes, internships or entry‑level jobs. Keeping your options open gives you the best chance of entering the workforce.
