Applications close on 09 January 2026.
What This Programme Is About
The Cellphone Repair Skills Programme is a four‑week, full‑time course that teaches you how to fix phones, start a small repair business, and grow your own tech service. It is made for young people in Limpopo who are 18‑35, have a Grade 12 maths or maths‑literacy pass, and are currently unemployed.
Why Phone Repair Is a Smart Job Choice
- Phones are everywhere – South Africa has more mobile phones than people, and thousands break each week.
- You can earn a good income – The cost to start is low and the profit margin is high.
- The work is always needed – Whether you set up a shop, work from home, or travel to customers, there’s always demand.
- You can grow your own business – Start with screen swaps or battery changes and move into full device repair or other gadgets.
- It’s quick to learn – The skills are easy to pick up and can be applied right away.
