4. Use the correct reference number – this tells the department which placement you want.
5. Send it on time – before 13 February 2026 at 16:00.

• Is this a paid internship? Yes – you’ll get a stipend of R7 860,50 each month.
• Can I apply if I’ve already done a government internship? No – you must be a first‑time participant and not have more than 12 consecutive months of government work.
• Can I study while I’m placed? No – private study is not allowed during the two‑year program.
