Mpumalanga Community Education and Training College is looking for suitable young people to apply for their TVET Placement Programme opportunities. The closing date for applications is 02 March 2026.


What’s the deal?

The MP CETC TVET Placement Programme is a 12‑month, paid work‑placement that hands you real experience right after you finish your NCV Level 4. Think of it as a paid internship that gives you a taste of office life or finance, plus a steady stipend to keep your bills covered while you learn on the job.

Who can join?

  • South African citizen (no passports needed, but you must be a citizen)
  • Completed an NCV Level 4 from a public TVET college
  • Qualification must be in Office Administration or Finance
  • People living with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply
  • No experience needed – the programme is designed for fresh graduates

What will you do?

Every day you’ll:

  • Handle clerical tasks, file documents, and support office staff
  • Learn the basics of bookkeeping, invoicing, or payroll if you’re in finance
  • Practice computer skills (Excel, word processing, email)
  • Work in a professional environment, meeting deadlines and collaborating with a team

It’s a great stepping‑stone if you want to land a permanent admin or finance role after you finish.
