What is the Job?

Postbank wants people to fill six Customer Service Consultant roles for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. These jobs are in the Inbound Contact Centre in South Africa. What You Need

Minimum Requirements

  • Finished Grade 12 (Matric)
  • 1–2 years working in an inbound call centre

  • Speak English fluently (speaking another South African language is a bonus)
  • Understand how customer service works and the principles of Treating Customers Fairly
  • Ready to take action and solve problems quickly
