VKB Group Finance Graduate Programme 2026 – Apply by 22 Feb
[VKB Group] is looking for suitable young people to apply for their Finance Graduate opportunities. The closing date for applications is 22 February 2026.
If you’ve just finished a BCom in Accounting or Financial Management and want a real, hands‑on start to a finance career, this could be a game‑changer. The program is based in Joburg, but you’ll be working across the whole VKB supply chain – from farm to supermarket – giving you a front‑seat view of how food gets from the field to the plate.
What you’ll do day‑to‑day
- Creditors – Check invoices, collect missing documents, answer supplier queries and keep a tidy filing system.
- Debtors – Send out customer invoices, handle queries on proofs of delivery and statements, and manage the customer filing archive.
- Other tasks – Anything else the finance team needs, from data entry to simple report prep.
- You’ll also get a crash course on the company’s financial systems, VAT rules, and the basics of financial reporting.
Why it’s great for beginners
- First‑time internship/graduate program – no previous industry experience required.
- You’ll learn on the job while staying in the same team.
- You’ll get real exposure to both the cash‑in (debtors) and cash‑out (creditors) sides of finance, which is rare for fresh grads.
- The role is a stepping‑stone to full‑time finance positions inside a large agribusiness.
