KZN DSAC Work Integrated Learning 2026/27 – Apply by 26 June

Need workplace experience to finish your N6 or Diploma? The KwaZulu‑Natal Department of Sport, Arts and Culture (DSAC) has just opened its Work Integrated Learning (In‑Service Training) Programme 2026/2027. Applications close on 26 June 2026, so act now.

What the opportunity is

The DSAC Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme offers short‑term, paid placements in various department offices across KwaZulu‑Natal. It is designed for unemployed students who need practical training to complete their qualifications.

Who can apply

  • Unemployed youth living in KwaZulu‑Natal
  • Aged 18 – 35 years
  • Studying for a relevant National Diploma or N6 qualification (TVET, university, UCT)
  • Need workplace exposure to meet your qualification requirements
  • Have not previously taken part in a government WIL programme
  • Have not already gained work experience in your field of study

Applicants from designated groups and areas are especially encouraged to apply.

What you will gain

  • Monthly stipend of R5 865.25
  • Practical experience in a government Department of Sport, Arts and Culture
  • Contract length from 1 to 18 months, depending on placement

  2. Complete the form in full and sign it. Make sure you quote the correct reference number for the position you want.
