What the opportunity is
This is a 12‑month learnership that mixes classroom lessons, on‑the‑job training, and mentorship. You will study toward a CATHSSETA‑accredited NQF Level 4 certificate in Professional Cookery. The training takes place in Braamfontein, Johannesburg.
Who can apply (eligibility)
- South African citizen
- Age 18 – 27
- Currently unemployed
- Live in Johannesburg or nearby
- Have an up‑to‑date CV
- Matric certificate or Grade 11 report (certified copy, dated within 6 months)
- Certified copy of South African ID (dated within 6 months)
- SARS tax clearance letter
- No prior work experience required (but not a disqualification if you have it)
