What the opportunity is

Apex Unlimited Potential (APEXU) is offering a learnership that leads to a National Certificate – Contact Centre Support (NQF Level 2). The programme blends classroom learning with on‑the‑job training, so you earn a recognised qualification while working.

Who can apply

  • Age: under 35 years
  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) with good results
  • Experience: one year of corporate experience is helpful but not required
  • Personal qualities: confident, well‑spoken, positive attitude, resilient and willing to learn
  • Mathematics: strong results are an advantage, not a must
  • Location: preferably living near Diepsloot, Alexandra, Riverside, Cosmo City or Randburg
  • Assessment: shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a behavioural assessment
