What Will You Do?

A Client Service Officer helps people get Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) benefits and handles a lot of paperwork. Your day will look like this:

  1. Check if someone qualifies for UIF.
  2. Process applications for unemployment, maternity, and illness benefits.
  3. Register payment forms that keep benefits flowing.
  4. Do admin work – file documents, type data, and follow the Department’s rules.
