South Africa’s youth unemployment is at a critical level, and getting real work experience now can be the key to a lasting career. Momentum Group is launching its YES Learnership Programme 2026 to help unemployed graduates step into the world of Learning and Development.
What the programme offers
The Momentum YES Learnership places you in the Learning and Development team of Momentum Investments for 12 months. You will receive a monthly stipend while you learn how corporate training programmes are created and delivered.

Who can apply
You must be a South African citizen who is currently unemployed and holds a qualification related to learning, training, or education. Accepted studies include:
- Bachelor of Education, Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, or related degrees
- Diplomas or certificates in Adult Education, Facilitation, Learning & Development, Training & Development
- Coursework in Educational Psychology, Curriculum Development, eLearning, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Learning Experience Design, UX for Learning, Game Design or Development
Previous work experience is not required – the programme is designed to give you your first professional exposure.
