Getting your first job after graduation can feel impossible, but the North West Department of Community Safety and Transport Management is now accepting applications for its 2026/27 Graduate Internship Programme – and the deadline is only a few weeks away.
What the internship offers
The department will take on 50 graduate interns for a 24‑month placement at its head office in Mahikeng, North West. Interns receive a monthly stipend of R8 174.75 while working in a range of public‑sector directorates.

- Currently unemployed
- Never taken part in a government internship before
