1. Supply Chain Management – Level 08 (One Position)
What you’ll earn:
- Salary: R 397 116 – R 467 790 per year (no benefits included).
- Location: Regional Office (Ref No: SAS FS 0171/25).
- Job type: Permanent.
What we’re looking for
- Education: A Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) plus any relevant degree or National Diploma (NQF Level 3).
- Experience: 2‑3 years working in supply‑chain management.
- Extra skills: Comfortable with computers and you must hold a valid driver’s licence.
Your day‑to‑day duties
- Help plan and predict the goods and services the region needs (demand management).
- Order and get the supplies that the region requires.
- Keep track of all the paperwork for supply‑chain committees.
- Take care of the region’s assets, making sure they follow supply‑chain rules and policies.
- Support district and local offices with these policies and guide and manage the team in your section.

2. Facilities Management & Auxiliary Support (OHS) – Level 08 (One Position)
What you’ll earn:
- Salary: R 397 116 – R 467 790 per year (no benefits included).
- What you do: Supply‑chain and assets for the region.
What we’re looking for
- Education: A university qualification that’s equivalent to 360 credits (NQF Level 6), or anything that SAQA recognises as a degree.
- Experience: 2‑3 years in facilities management plus auxiliary support, especially if you know OHS (Occupational Health & Safety).
- Other knowledge:
- PFMA (Public Finance Management Act)
- OHS legislation
- Archives Act and Records Management
- Extra skills: Computer skills and a valid driver’s licence.
Your day‑to‑day duties
- Keep the office in line with the OHS Act, policies and procedures.
- Inspect all the offices in the region.
- Spot risks, gather data, and write reports.
- Make your OHS system better – look at buildings, electricity, etc.
- Check Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Confirm funds for contractor payments.
- Make the workspace safer and suggest ways to avoid injuries.
- Share OHS info with bosses, workers and the public.
- Review the work environment and keep a record of hazards.
- Plan safe work for all equipment and facilities.
